What Happens If My Website Goes Down?

While we work hard to ensure maximum uptime, no hosting provider can guarantee 100% availability at all times — though we come very close. (See our article on uptime guarantees for more details.)

If you notice your website appears to be down, here's what to do:

Step 1 – Check if it's just you: Sometimes a website appears down on one device or network but is fine everywhere else. Try visiting your site from a different device or internet connection, or use a tool like downforeveryoneorjustme.com to check.

Step 2 – Clear your browser cache: Occasionally, a cached version of your site causes display issues. Try pressing Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) to force a fresh load.

Step 3 – Contact us: If your site is genuinely down, contact us immediately. We monitor our servers around the clock, but your notification helps us act fast. Reach out via the support ticket system or live chat.

We treat downtime with urgency. Our team will investigate, identify the cause, and restore your site as quickly as possible.
